1. Services Provided
Celia Burns Coaching offers the following services:
Six-Session Coaching Programme, £900 Six one-to-one coaching sessions, each approximately 60 minutes in duration, delivered online via video call. The programme is designed to support participants in exploring patterns around responsibility and developing a more conscious and sustainable way of responding to them. Full programme details are provided prior to purchase.
Single Coaching Session, £175 A single one-to-one coaching session of approximately 60 minutes, delivered online via video call. A single session is available as a standalone option or as a starting point for those who wish to explore coaching before committing to the full programme. If you subsequently join the Six-Session Coaching Programme, the cost of the single session will be deducted from the programme fee.
Discovery Call, free of charge A free 30-minute introductory call to discuss whether coaching might be right for you. There is no obligation to proceed following a discovery call.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for the Six-Session Coaching Programme (£900) and Single Coaching Sessions (£175) is due in full at the time of booking via the payment method specified at checkout. Your place or session is confirmed upon receipt of payment. All fees are stated in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, you are responsible for updating your payment method promptly.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Six-Session Coaching Programme If you wish to cancel your place, you may do so up to 7 days before the programme begins and receive a refund minus a £50 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the programme begins, or after the programme has started.
Single Coaching Session If you need to cancel a booked session, please do so with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled at my discretion.
Discovery Call Discovery calls are free of charge and may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions
You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without at least 24 hours' notice will normally be considered used and will not be rescheduled. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact me as soon as possible and we can discuss options. If I need to reschedule a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time. Sessions within the Six-Session Coaching Programme should be completed within 4 months of the first session, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Results Disclaimer
I make no guarantees about your specific results. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your personal effort, background, and circumstances. Coaching services are for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for legal, medical, therapeutic, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek appropriate professional help.
6. Intellectual Property
All content shared during coaching sessions or as part of any programme materials is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of Celia Burns Coaching.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use any materials for your own learning. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the content without prior written permission.
7. Confidentiality
Coaching sessions are confidential. I will treat all personal information shared during sessions with care and discretion, unless disclosure is required by law.
Please note that coaching is not subject to the same legal confidentiality as therapy or legal services.

8. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology to access sessions, including a stable internet connection and access to the required video call platform. If technical difficulties arise on your side, the session time will not normally be extended or rescheduled.
9. Contract Formation
This agreement becomes binding upon receipt of payment (for paid services) or confirmation of a booking (for discovery calls).
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If you are based outside the UK, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply.
11. Consumer Purchases
These services are offered to individuals purchasing for personal use. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you acknowledge that different legal rights may apply.
12. Changes to these Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of my services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
